     Sunway Pyramid is a distinctive retail landmark located in the heart of Bandar Sunway,Subang Jaya. It was opened in July 1997 as Malaysia’s first themed shopping and entertainment mall. The company overview is the shopping mall. The things that found in Sunway Pyramid their super deals package, birthday bash, sunway group careers and others.

2.0    Body

     Sunway pyramid resort to the social networking sites in order to remain seen to tell people about their company function so that people will know their company and it can increase their company’s profit. Besides that, if I am the sales and marketing of this company the gain the i get from having Facebook is the comment or feedback from the customers so that the company can increase their number of customers and the gain profit.

3.0    Conclusion

     As a conclusion, my own opinion for the main reasons why the Sunway Pyramid engaging in Facebook because it can give a lot information to their old or new customers about their company so that people will know about their good reputation and it will increase their profit.

     The idea that can improve the company is the company should make the contest  to their customers and give them a great prize for them in Facebook. The company also should update their latest information in facebook so that people will know them and then it is give a good reputation of their company
