1.0    Introduction
     As one of the leaders in the health and beauty retail industry. Watson also helping people to achieve their personal goals such as to look good feels great and has fun in life. Today, more than 200 Watson’s outlets can be found in every state throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Watsons strives to bring the best in beauty and health products to consumers at affordable prices. A strong advocate of preventive care, Watsons has also enhanced its health platform with 28 pharmacies located within its key stores, offering services such as medication dispensing and review, health screening packages and counselling on smoking.

   2.0    Body
     Most of companies nowadays using the social networking such as faceboook and twitter to attract the people and make promotion about their company. The companies also want to update their latest news or event that the companies organize. So, with using social networking it can make the advertisement remain seen and make all over the world know. If I were the sales and marketing manager of the Watson, I will gain a good review from customer through the facebook. If have another customer unsatisfied or give bad feedback, I will try to improve Watson from other weakness.

   3.0    Conclusion
     As a conclusion, Watson engaging to the facebook because it will increase their number of consumer and sales, at the same time attracts people by promotion, competition and others.

    4.0    Recommendation
      On my recommendation is, when using the facebook, update the latest one about the information of company and also all the product that sell in Watson.
