1.0  Introduction
       TESCO was founded on 1919. Tesco is the world’s third         largest retailer with over 5,000 stores across 14 countries in Asia, Europe and North America. TESCO was employ over 490,000 people and serve millions of customers every week. The mission of TESCO is “Our core purpose is to create value for customers to earn their lifetime loyalty”. There are several things that found in TESCO website, such as the good comment and review from customer that satisfied to the services and also the competition such as club card competition and all the photo about TESCO.
2.0  Body
      Most of companies nowadays using the social networking such as faceboook to attract the people and make promotion about their company. The companies also want to update their latest news or event that the companies organize. So, with using social networking it can make the advertisement remain seen and make all over the world know. If I were the sales and marketing manager of the TESCO, I will gain a good review from customer through the facebook. If have another customer unsatisfied or give bad feedback, I will try to improve TESCO from other weakness.

3.0  Conclusion
       As a conclusion, TESCO engaging to the facebook because it will increase their number of consumer and attract people by promotion, competition and others.
4.0 Recommendation
      On my recommendation is, when using the facebook, update the latest one about the information of company and also all the product that sell in TESCO.
