1.0 introduction

      2.0 Body
         Based on my opinion, CIMB use Facebook are to be closer to their customer and to separate their new information easily. Nowadays, in everyday the user of internet are increasing therefore CIMB trust the people more prefer to access internet to get more information about them.
            If I am the sale and marketing manager, I can use Facebook to give information about new promotion or service. As a example, I can give feedback about the customer wallpost in the Facebook page. 

       3.0 Conclusion
           As the conclusion, CIMB Malaysia  is the one of bank in Malaysia that give good service and information to their customer. They also know how to use technology to make their services is the best among the other bank.

       4.0 Recommendation
           I think, CIMB Malaysia should attract more investor to their company by show the good attitude and performance of their service.The site more attractive and having huge number of follower from the above company is CIMB Malaysia which have 473 391 like the page, 5167 talk about them on Facebook  and  2257 followers were post on their page.

            Based on my opinion, Bonuslink is the one of company   that give many gift and promotion to their mambers.  In every purchase on the selected place, the mambers will get extra point. Then, when the point reach the amount that the mambers can reedem the best thing that BonusLink listed.
            If I am the sales and marketing manager, I will use facebook as the place to give information and give the feedback to the customer. In other way, it will make the relationship between customer and I closer. I will also answer all the question that the customer give in the Facebook.
        3.0 Conclusion

    I think most of the university nowadays resort to social networking sites in order to remain seen because now that most student could afford thetechnology facility, so it is an best effective styles for university to introduce and promote  their services to produce brilliant graduates that themarket need.Besides, most people are able to choose a better university to gain a knowledgement and study
If  I am one of the Board of Director of Limkokwing University, the gain thai I get from having the Facebook are feedback and complaints from the students whether in Malaysia and other country about the services, course offered and management.

           I think most of the companies nowadays resort to social networking sites in order to remain seen because now that most people could afford thetechnology facility at least one computer for a home, so it is an effective marketing styles for companies to introduce and promote  their companies products. Besides, most people are able to choose a better product that they need in their daily lives.
            If I as a sales and marketing manager of the Toshiba Notebook PC, I can increase my product sales based on demand of the consumer on this Facebookpage and improve the quality of my products if there are any complaints and feedback from users.so, it will create a long-term relationship between my companyand clients while providing satisfaction to them. I also can always update my product situation so that the consumers can always know and get more infomation about that.

If have another customer unsatisfied or give bad feedback, I will try to improve Watson from other weakness.

     As a conclusion, Watson engaging to the facebook because it will increase their number of consumer and sales, at the same time attracts people by promotion, competition and others.
